GET TO KNOW ME- FOR ME

I spent my early 20's relying on alcohol and toxic relationships to cope with lack of self worth, negative mindsets, and poor time management. I found body building in my late 20's which required a serious change in my old habits and behaviors.  It took me 30 years to find my identity and purpose, and that is to help others find alignment with their highest and happiest self through positive health and wellness behaviors/habits.

 

I have been divinely guided by those above me since my early teenage years, even when my purpose in this lifetime wasn't clearly understood. My undergraduate studies were focused on Athletic Training, and my graduate studies were focused on Kinesiology and Rehab Science. My studies had a very thorough focus on human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, injury/injury prevention, and psychology. So my background and experiences as a personal trainer and health and wellness coach have done nothing but guide me and provide me with complete ownership in helping others with habits related to improving their mind, body, and spirit. I thank the holy spirit everyday that he put me through all the schooling that he did. Before I started living life more abundantly, I was one of those people who thought I wasted all my time and money in schooling because I was burn out and felt like I didn't use my degree the way I was intended to. NOW I know it deeply rooted me to my purpose, and provided me with the knowledge to live out my life serving others fearlessly and confidently with their health and wellness goals.

 

When I began Body Building, it forced me to deal with my negative deposit habits head on, and heal through my old habits and behaviors that were not balanced and aligned with my ideal self. Once I found a great balance in my spiritual, mental, physical, and nutritional health, I feel the need to share this superpower with others.

 

I am here to guide and mentor you with your health and wellness goals, and in order to do that- you have to open up and become aware of your daily habits and behaviors that make align with your goal self.
